He was born in Newark N.J. and lived in Hobe Sound for 41 years coming from Highlands N.J. He retired from Bendix Corp. in Eatontown N.J. He was a plumber and house manager of many homes on Jupiter Island. He was volunteer chief of Hobe Sound Fire Department in the early 1980s and was a member of the Highlands Volunteer Fire Department. Survivors include his daughters Catherine Lynn Egbers and Delores Lynn Rivera both of Stuart 10 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife Delores K. Anderson and son Michael Patrick Anderson.
