pUpdate 9 The Highlands Fire Departmentrsquos Ladder 17-90 is officially a ladder truck. KME Fire Apparatus has installed the Ladder to the main body and chassis of the truck. Fitment and layout were just as designed with the truck coming into its final stages of assembly.p
